How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Spain: Orders shipped within Spain will typically be delivered within 24 to 72 hours.
  • Europe: Orders shipped to European countries will typically be delivered within 3 days.
What is the process to return an item if I am not satisfied?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@wearevolver.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and the return authorization slip in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to check the
status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.
